Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by Ensignis Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("Ensignis Digital", "we", "our", "us"). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. IT Services & Consulting Engagements

1.1 Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-scope project engagements:

  • Before project kickoff: If you cancel within 48 hours of signing the agreement and before any work has commenced, 100% of any advance payment will be refunded.
  • After kickoff, within 7 days: A refund of up to 50% of the advance paid may be issued at our discretion, minus costs for work already performed.
  • After 7 days of project commencement: No refund is applicable. Payments made correspond to work completed and resources committed.

1.2 Retainer / Monthly Engagements

For ongoing retainer or managed service contracts:

  • You may cancel with 30 days' written notice to [email protected].
  • Amounts paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • No charges will be levied after the 30-day notice period expires.

2. Digital Products

2.1 EnvrTrack Mobile Application

  • Free tier: No payment involved; no refund applicable.
  • Paid subscriptions: If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial paid subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases made via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.

2.2 Rainfall API

  • Pay-per-use plans: Used API call credits are non-refundable.
  • Prepaid credit plans: Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the API has not been meaningfully used (fewer than 100 API calls made). Beyond this window, prepaid credits are non-refundable but remain valid until their stated expiry date.
  • Monthly/Annual subscriptions: Same cancellation terms as Section 1.2 apply. Annual subscription refunds are prorated for unused full months if cancelled within 30 days of renewal.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Completed project milestones or deliverables accepted by the client
  • Third-party software licences, cloud infrastructure, or API costs procured on the client's behalf
  • Domain registrations, SSL certificates, or other third-party services
  • Any services consumed in full

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name / Company / Order ID]"
  2. Include your registered email address, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a dispute regarding a payment, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
